Character creation is live

Character creation is live at /characters — gender, face, hair, skin, and starter equipment, all pulled from the client's own real starter-option data instead of a guess at what looks period-appropriate.

The preview next to each choice isn't a mockup. It's rendered live by the same server-side compositor that draws every character portrait elsewhere on this site, updating as you change your picks.

Same picker, same creator, whether it's the first character on a brand new account or a second one on an existing account.
