This scroll allows you to #creset 1 SP from a 4th-level skill#. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd job SP raised AFTER the 4th job adv. can also be reset and applied to a 3rd job skill. The SP that's been reset may NOT be applied to 1st, 2nd or 3rd job skills.
